Shower didn't have pressure and dinner where serve an hour late all the three day stay. Rather than that everything was good.

It was a wonderful stay for me. I loved how the place was built and designed. All the staffs are well trained and humble! Their hospitality is top notch! My constructive advise would be to work on your food menu. The variety on your food menu should be structured the African standards also!

I really liked the rooms. The bed is so sweet go sleep in,the food is tasty and the personnel is just lovely! First experience, excellent vibes!!!! The weather is cold but pleasant. The lake view is amazing. The conference room is good but could have more light. It is a bit dark. Public bathrooms are very clean and neat. There is a variety of food available. I was amazed to see that,even the chairs are pulled fir us to sit.

We had a great family day out in Kuriftu, we just can't fault this place. The architecture, the attention to detail, ambience, the SPA, massage, food and fresh juice, all 10 out 10. Staff in this resort go above and beyond, super friendly, helpful and keen to engage. Special thanks to Dawit Amsalu for the amazing service.

Amazing staff. Hana at breakfast was so attentive. Coffee was great and felt very taken care of. The gentlemen at the kayaks was also so kind. Rooms were lovely. Hope to come back an again sometime soon. First time in Ethiopia and it was great!!!

The service was great. The food was amazing. The music was soft and gentle in the mornings service was great especially from Hanna. Highly recommend the pancakes and eggs! They’re quite delicious and all the juices are fresh squeezed. 10/10 experience
